Cassie’s favorite uncle, Oakley Dokely, hasn’t been in touch with her in three weeks. Now she’s worried that something might have happened to him. So she recruits her squeeze, Light Sarah, to help her look for him. They’ll start where he had been working as a contract employee at Boninsky Biproducts, VLLC. Sarah meets her at the colossal cubicle farm he called his office, and they run into Oakley’s coworkers, who are strange but they like him and try to help. There are mysteries, and more importantly, Clues.

Brian Price at work

Bran Price has been presenting readings from his books, along with poets and musicians from Indiana lately. And he has been making recordings of new works for the ElectroAcousticalPoetical Society, originating in France.

The
ElectroAcousticalPoetical Society is the invention of Marjorie Van Halteren to promote the magic that words, voices, languages, instruments, noises and all manner of sounds make together, live and recorded, written, improvised or dreamed – in defiance of genres and categories. Special broadcasts of electroacoustic poetry from poets on both sides of the Atlantic.

Marjorie is a recipient of the
Norman Corwin Award for Contributions to Audio Theater, as are both Brian Price and Jerry Stearns of the Great Northern Audio Theatre.
